Man, I love this cat...

Elvis, originally uploaded by CoriK..
As soon as I walk in the door I set my keys and purse on the table and toss my sweater/knit outerwear onto the big pink chair in the living room. 5 seconds later Elvis is in the chair snuggeling into the leftover warmth. It's become part of our winter routine and is totally adorable and heart-warming all at the same time.

Your sweater smells like YOU! We Cats LOVE our Human's smell...it's comforting.
Plus, it's a great opportunity for some random shedding.

Yes, it's wonderful to cosy up in something that smells of "mom!"

What a sweet loverboy! It's warm and smells like his mama.
I'm loving all these posts!

Aw how sweet that is! Elvis is a smart guy to do that too - get all the warmth you can is our motto!

A true cat-lover sees the love inherent in this, instead of only being annoyed at the shedding opportunity.

And I see you were wise enough to buy a grey sweater for your grey cats to shed upon.

It is the wackiest thing...these cats do not shed. Like, at all! The only places I ever find cat hair are on the bed where they fight and on the bottom of the couch cover where they squeeze under. I have never found cat hair on my clothes. I consider myself very lucky. Belou, like Albert and Elvis, was a medium long hair, and she never shed either.
