Elvis has attempted to sit on the chair to no avail. Albert's super sensitive radar knows in an instant if El is even near the chair. From the other room he'll come running and if his brother looks like he is about to jump up, Al beats him to the punch. And poor Elvis, if he is already sitting in the chair, Albert lumbers up ON TOP of him and nudges him until he moves.
