Predictable

I spent a couple of hours last weekend installing a coat rack next to the front door. A coat rack where I like to hang long glittery things with fringe.

5 seconds after it was installed...

Wait for it...

Yeah... I would be more surprised if Albert DIDN'T try to rip everything off of the wall.

It's part of the rules... "any new object must be thoroughly inspected, messed with and tentatively scratched".

For your safety, ma'am! >^..^<

Ahem, you broke every rule. 1) you put up something on the wall. 2) it was new 3)you hung things on it and 4) THEY WERE SPARKLY WITH FRINGE. Silly hooman - these are all things that must be controlled by the feline guardians.

Go Albert! You are fulfilling your duties as a cat admirably

Cori, don't take this the wrong way, but it took you "a couple of hours" to hang that? As in 120 minutes?

It probably took longer than a couple of hours..LOL. There are oddly placed wall studs and the stupid thing kept falling down. 7 holes and a smashed thumb later I finally got industrial with my drill and hammer and the silly thing is never coming down now. Not sure if you can tell from the picture but it is COMPLETELY lop-sided. Handywork is not my forte.

Hey, I don't visit the site for carpentry! I will also admit that I did notice the rack seemed a little slanted but felt it would have been impolite to mention that. On the other hand, A&E seem to like it and that is really all that matters, right?

My kitties are cheering Albert on, "Good job Albert, rip it off, rip it off!"...now they're asking me why they can't have a cool toy like that!
