Elvis held still for all of 3 seconds. Long enough to take a couple of pictures... umm...
..and that's about it. He is not the Easter bonnet/giraffe hat kind of kitty.
Albert didn't mind it much at first. As long as he could chew on the basket.
When I made him stop, the pouting began. Hence the grumpy picture from yesterday. I'd like to say I felt guilty, but it's a giraffe hat. C'mon! Too freakin'cute.

I love the third one of Albert!
I love that the giraffe hat has a huge silly grin on its face, which contrasts really nicely with the not-so-amused expressions on the kitties' faces! I'm still waiting to hear how they end up taking their revenge for not only subjecting them to such a humiliating experience, but also posting pictures on the internet for us to enjoy :)
Where did you get that hat???
LOL!
I'm impressed that you got them to last that long with the hat on. I don't think I'd be able to get Chloe to sit in a basket if I wanted her to (though I'm sure if I didn't want her in it I wouldn't be able to get her out). And I know she'd complain way too much about a hat...
Marlene, the hat comes compliments of Target and I'm pretty sure Albert's revenge included stepping in his own poo this morning and tracking it up and down the hallway, the kitchen, bathtub and eventually the clothes basket. Thankfully the clothes were already dirty. It's funny, belou, my girl cat, never stepped in her poo. I wonder if it's a boy thing. Elvis and especially Albert seem to do it an awful lot.
I love the picture of Albert chewing on the Easter basket, so cute! Those boys are just precious, separately and together. They love their MOM!!
I got an elephant hat from Target and tried to get my girls to wear it for Halloween pictures. I got the pictures but they looked like they were being tortured having to wear that hat. Good thing they were for Halloween cards!
