Sorry for the long time no post. I have two sets of out-of-state guests coming in the next three weeks and a wedding. There's lots of prepping going on and generally, during downtime, the boys are glued to my side, and lap, and I don't have the heart to get up and get the camera and disturb them. Luckily, I managed to snap a few pics this weekend and I plan on spreading them out over the next week until things quiet down. So, as promised last week, here are my beloved pics of Albert cooling his heiny in front of the Wind Machine 3500. Enjoy!!

:) Hows his tail coming on?? It looks like its getting better!
Hope ive got the right kitty as I can never tell these guys apart!
You are totally right Martin. Albert's tale is 100% back to normal!! Thank you for asking. :)
Too cute! Glad that Albert has realized that "must keep heiny cool" is a good motto to live by :) Hope he gives Elvis a turn at the Wind Machine too.
Albert's expression of sheer contentment in photo 2 is so mellowing! I could almost feel the enjoyment that he was feeling.
That's crazy - most cats hate strong breezes. It's the one way I can make my cats get off my book/food/countertop!
I love the word "heiny". Especially while referring to cats.
Floofy heinies!!
With a cool hiney,
You never need be whiny,
The refreshing breeze
Is sure to please
Your furry rear parts
Will always win hearts
When an elegant crook
Is part of your look.
So bask in the fan's air
And a fluffed derriere!
Ann F, you blow me away with your paw-some poetry. I am going to go home and pick up Albert and recite your poem to him until he tries to claw off my face.(he hates being held)
Nini, I love to say heiny too. I like fluffy heiny even more.
And Deodand and Hyacinth, Albert is an alien. Put a fan any where near Elvis and the only sounds you'll hear are his claws tearing across the wood floors as he high-tails it out of there.
And yes Marlene, the look in pic #2 says it all..:)
