One thing I've noticed: even when cats are perfectly contented INDOORS (and I'm passionate on the subject of keeping them inside) - their enjoyment of OUTDOORS is in no way diminished. Windows in humans' houses must have been inspired by an Egyptian cat who wanted to watch the birds.....
