Well, yes...it is possible to have a "case of the Mondays" even when it's a 3 day (or even 1 day) work week...then again, with lovely kitties around, a little bit of purring and snorgling and cuddling makes it all feel better :)
Mondays are ALWAYS Mondays inspite of the length of the work week. For those of us cooking, the work week will begin on Wednesday night while frantically looking for missing ingreidents to make turky for kittehs
In a word: why, of course it is! OUR family tradition is, when we take out the bag o' guts from the turkey (ever wonder how on earth they breed those birds to grow with their organs in a bag?) we take the heart (for courage) and the liver (for....uh...whatever) and mince them into teeny bits and dole them out in teetiny morsels over a couple of days. Keeps SOMEONE away from an interest in the counters where cooking is happening. Usually.
hee hee my Doodlebug (oops Dude-not supposed to call him doodlebug in front of people) is a stripey boy and how do they KNOW they look so cute upside down like that? and if he doesn't have time for the whole body then just tip his head to the side as far as possible and all we can do is awwwwww and you forget the trouble he just got into or that it is a grouchy monday!
