1) unplugging all lamps that could be knocked over,
2) taking pictures down from the window sill that could be knocked over,
3) tying the curtains up so they couldn't be pulled down,
4) you get the jist...
If you can't tell already, these two are turning into quite the little trouble makers and I'm grateful that Gannon, knowing all of this, was still excited to have them over for the day. So, from me, Albert and Elvis, Thanks Auntie Gannon!

Albert and Elvis are always welcome in my house! Toulouse might be a little more selfish, but I'm sure she'll learn to love the boys. In fact, I'm guessing she's swapping at their little faces under the bedroom door as we speak. Pretty soon she'll be waiting at the window for them to come back and see her!

The kittens are probably thinking "you can child proof as much as you like but we'll find a way to get into trouble!"...we adopted two of our adult cats from a rescue group and they had been kept in cages all their life so they're pretty happy to lay around in the sun and stay out of trouble...our new rescue kittie though is a 18 month old boy and he seems to have other ideas :) Who knew Persian cats could scale walls :)

Gannon - love the name Toulouse for a cat!
Oh my gosh hyacinth, I love Bino's saloon style mustache. So cute.
Hey Hyacinth - yeah, toulouse looked like a perfect little skinny "toulouse latrec" style cat when she was a kitten...gained a little weight since then, but still very pretty. =)
And I agree with cori! very adorable mustachioed cats of yours!
1. Lucky Auntie Gannon to have the darling duo to visit!
2. YES! "Toulouse" is a superb name - and for a girlie-cat, no less.
3. Hyacinth - blessings on you for adopting your babies - I harbor a secret opinion that our kitties KNOW what their lives might've been had we not "rescued" them.
And last - isn't it fun, being "in company" with other folks who are just as wonky over cats as you are? (I'm assiduously cultivating "crazy old cat lady" status) {grin}
Aww They are getting so BIG!!! I remember when they fit in the palm of your hand awww :) The single claw extracted is PERFECT for "Hell-Cats"!!!
Cori - You got us hooked now I'm having withdrawals. More Albert and Elvis!
