Hey Everyone,
This won't be long and I hope to post updates later, but little Elvis is very sick and in the hospital. I noticed he wasn't acting right last night and made an appointment for Friday morning. I got home today and knew I couldn't wait. According to the doctor Elvis is very anemic and is getting a blood transfusion and oxygen as we speak. I should know more tomorrow morning and the nurses said I could visit Elvis after work. Please send your love to him and pray for the best. Typing this is making me cry, so I'm going to feed Albert and make sure he's doing ok while his brother is getting better. I'm kinda at a loss for words right now, but I know you guys will understand.

Oh, Elvis, fight like mad sweet boy. Cori needs and loves you. A huge gob of fans near and far a rooting for a full and speedy recovery. So very scary.
Nothing more scarey than a kitten in the hospital. Reily & Miss Sprite send their Maine Coon cuz lots of snrogles, purrs and prayers. Good for you to notice and act on it! Too many people ignore the niggling feeling of "that cat ain't right" Please take as muchtme as you need to deal with this. We can wait for an update.
Sending you lots of hugs, Cori! I know there are some odd people who don't understand how much we care for our cats. My cats are my kids, as Elvis and Albert are yours. Just know that there are people who get how you feel. Keep us posted -- when you can. Tend to Elvis (and Albert) first.

You have lots of caring people sending positive energy your way and it sounds like Elvis is in very good hands. Give Albert some extra hugs while his brother is away. Very best wishes for Elvis' complete recovery. And bawl your eyes out as much as you need to. It's therapeutic.
I hope the poor little boy feels better soon. It's so hard to see an animal sick. My thoughts are with you and Elvis.
