The cats and I are both so exhausted from packing, paint prepping and moving that our only downtime is spent napping on the couch or, if you are Albert, napping in empty boxes.
Luckily, the packing upheaval doesn't seem to bother them too much. Boxes are their new toys, and if I didn't know better, I'd think they were teething. There are literally hundreds of holes chomped into the box flaps.
I have some great moving photos that are sure to entertain. Unfortunately, the cord for downloading is somewhere in a mess of other cords, packed in a box which of course was left unmarked because I am lazy. I think I will buy a new cable and not stress too much.
I am posting these pictures to tide everyone over and because I feel they capture the very essence of our cat/human relationship. They love me enough to let me make silly cat faces for the camera, and I love them enough to only do it once and let them go back to sleep.Happy Monday everyone!

Too cute! Good luck with the move, we're starting to pack too, and Chloe loves getting in the boxes!
If you end up not being able to find your camera cable, you may have a hard time trying to buy another one. They tend to vary quite a bit from brand to brand and even with in brands, so a lot of places don't sell them. Your best bet may be a card reader, which can actually be better than a cable because it saves your camera's battery power and transfers the pictures faster.
Awwww what a lovely pair of boy cats!
I know I keep saying this but its true! :)
would love to snorgle there fur!!
The teeth marks in the box flaps are just their markings for what's in the boxes. Y'see, if you could read kitty tooth-hole language, you'd be able to find your cable right away! :-)
They are so PRECIOUS! They just look like they're figuring if they're lying on tiger-stripey fur they'll be taken for huge snarley tigers, the sweet little things! A friend read this (over my shoulder) and said that when you DO move, put that fuzzy tiger blankie on the couch or whatever; they'll be right at home instantly! (For my part: if they see Mom they're going to be just fine wherever it is!)
Good luck with unpacking!
A box really seems to be the ultimate object for cats, doesn't it? Something to chew on, hide in, knock over, and so on, both fun and functional and apparently tasty, too.
I love the 3rd photo. Elvis is such a little zoolander...
